Key accountabilities：

1. Self-starter and understand the maritime industry market trends, propose solutions on people, processes,
technology and strategy to meet customer business requirements.
2. Assume account ownership work closely with target clients to identify their issues and introduction FutureShip
service offerings and position the company as the thought leader.
3. Leverage resources from headquarter for project pursuit, responsible for proposal development and closing.
4. Capability of generate additional revenue from existing accounts.
5. Participate in industry tradeshows, seminars and any other networking opportunities.
6. Oversee delivery team and monitor project progress.
7. Perform other duties and tasks and required, commensurate with the nature of work.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor in engineering science
• +5 years of industry experience in maritime construction or ship
management firm
• Strong connection with Ship owners, operators, ship Design institutes.
Knowledge and experience
• Capable to conduct boardroom presentation and communicate effectively
with customers
• Experience in project management
• Demonstrated successes in identifying opportunities, managing pursuits,
proposal presentation and closing
• Excellent problem solving skills and capable to work independently with
minimal supervision
• Proven spoken and written in English and Chinese is essential

• good communication skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office such as word, excel, powerpoint
