We agree to pay the specified classification survey fee, relevant survey fee and, in addition, any traveling and other expenses incurred by the Survey in connection with the survey. It is understood that in the event of this project not being completed under the Society's survey, the Society reserves the right to charge its services pro rata.
WE HEREBY DECLARE THAT CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED TO GAIN THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS FROM THE PREVIOUS CLASS SOCIETY.
