The following are the port regulation of Qingdao, please look through carefully.
1)pls follow my below port regulations, and port control will give you instruction and pilotage is compulsory in qindao port.
2)the air temperature is approximately 5 to 10 degrees.
Firstly, when you are passing abeam CHAOLIANDAO Island,you must contact with Qingdao Port Control via VHF channel 08.Or you can call Qingdao Port Radio by VHF channel 16 and ask them to transfer.
***Please always bear in your mind that, after anchoring at outer anchorage (if needed) as per instructed by port control, when your good vsl is prepared to heave up anchor for docking, pls kindly inform port control via VHF channel 08 about your movement; Do not forget to hung up the yellow flag for the Quarantine Purpose ***
Also, please kindly advise us the following,
AA)update your eta Qingdao p/stn
BB)deratting exemption certificate issing/valid date/port
CC)China Sanitary Certificate issing date/port/No.(No need)
DD)Advise us your estimated arrival draft fwd/aft(Fyi, the draft limit of dockyard is between 6.00m and 6.50m)
Secondly,for entry formalities clearance, pls prepare the following documents prior your arrival:
1) General Declaration----(4 copies)
2) Cargo declaration------(3 copies)
3) Ship's store declaration----(4 copies)
4) Crew's personal effects declaration---(3 copies)
5) IMO crew list(must be with seaman book or passport expiry date)-- 7 copies
6) Report on ship's particulars (A)--1 copy(China format)
