During hold washing , nozzle shot out of the hose, Due to back pressure the open end of the jubilee clip which was holding the nozzle to the hose went into cadets left hand causing a deep cut which required three stitches.-7。
1. Hold Cleaning Equipment to be Checked by C/off for its wear and tear before putting same into use.
2. Crew involved should be made aware about pressure surge and associated dangers.
3. In experienced staff should act as support team instead of lead team.
