nm9.洗滤器时，热油飞溅造成3轨表面烧伤。
2/E and 3/E renewed M/E fuel oil hot filters. While filling up the filter chamber with fuel oil from in use filter, pipe union broke at base and hot oil spilled onto 3/E causing superficial burns.-10
All fuel oil and lub oil lines under pressure to be checked at the first opportunity. All such pipe joints to be covered with anti splash tapes as early as possible. All crew to be instructed about precautions to be taken to avoid such instances.
